Mother and Child being Unfairly EVICTED before Christmas!!!!!1

Onpoint Propery Management.... At BRENTWOOD APTS..... The worst management company I have ever dealt with. After being a faithful tenant after almost 8 years with always paying my rent on time and no complaints... Me and my Child are being EVICTED from our home, for ... 1.... undocumented dog barking (She says the whole weekend... but I don't work on Saturdays, but on this day I was gone 4 hours in the morning doing overtime at my job...-So I received a Noise complaint... I fixed the barking and asked for him to be put on the lease... Instead I get an Eviction notice on my door.... But I had a neighbor that lives upstairs from me who had cats that were not on her lease,,, she got caught ,, she got a note from her doctor and she got keep her cats and stay in her home.. ....... There is a neighbor at the end of my building with a dog that is always barking,,, you can't go near her apartment without it Barking.... 2..... For "Storing" Items on my patio that they deemed not patio appropriate... Okay ,, I cleaned it up... removed said items.....Still it's in my EVICTION... But.... AND I SAY BUT..... I walked around the complex taking pictures of my neighbors and there porches...... Mind you this is section 42-loow Income housing mostly Refugees.... I found;..... Freezers, Bicycles Clothes on porches and hanging over the rails.. Vacuum Cleaners Toys Boxes Buckets... Political signs adhering the the RAIL itself... etc.... etc.... Have sent all proof to ONPOINT>>> ALL THES ITEMS ARE A VIOLATION!!!! Its in OUR Leases...... And it states in the Laws you cannot treat ONE OF YOUR TENANTS ONE WAY AND OTHERS ANOTHER.... WE All must be treated accordingly... My rights have been VIOLATED!!!! If they don't have to comply ,,,, or if they aren't getting notices and ALSO BEING EVICTED FOR THESE VIOLATIONS... well then ONPOINT is in violation themselves!!! I have been walking and looking.... Nothing is changing on anyone else's porches... and MY neighbors dog is STILL BARKING!!! It's pretty inhumane to toss a MOTHER and her CHILD out onto the street like common garbage ...... for very fixable things.... THAT I HAVE FIXED AND ASKED TO BE RENDERED... I don't care if they don't like my attitude.... Of course I am upset.... I go to BAT for myself and MY family.... and I don't go down quietly... YOu have wronged me and my child.... and I will fight for US till the last day... We will have no TREE... no CHRISTMAS... you have ruined that for us... We have nowhere to go but a Shelter!!! You all think about that when your having CHRISTMAS dinner with your families in your nice cozy homes... AND MERRY CHRISTMAS TO YOU ALL......
