Trashy place to live

I lived here for a 12 month lease and it seemed to be filled with nothing but meth heads. They come in late and night bumping their car stereos, diapers left in the parking lot, etc. Nasty. The prices are cheap for a reason. Don't let them fool you into an "extended lease" with a rent discount. The whole reason is because they high turnover with freaks being the only ones who renew the lease. 2 stars out of 5 only because the property LOOKS nice and is dirt cheap. Live there and you will see why it's only 2 stars.
