    Mrs. Mossman-Fletcher grew up in Idaho and learned to love spending time in the outdoors. She graduated from the University of Colorado in Boulder, Colorado in 2002 with a degree in Economics. She graduated from the University of Idaho College of Law in 2006. Mrs. Mossman-Fletcher is a member of the Idaho State Bar and the Idaho Trial Lawyers Associations (ITLA). Following law school, Mrs. Mossman-Fletcher clerked for the Honorable Judge Ronald Bush in Pocatello, Idaho from 2006-2007. She is admitted to practice before the Idaho Supreme Court, the United States District Court, District of Idaho and the United States Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mrs. Mossman-Fletcher regularly volunteers for the Idaho Volunteer Lawyers Program and is an active member of the American Inns of Court. She is a past president of ITLA, a graduate of Idaho Academy of Leadership for Lawyers (IALL) and a current IALL steering committee member. Mrs. Mossman-Fletcher's legal experience includes jury trials and Idaho Supreme Court arguments. She has successfully tried hundreds of Social Security and workers' compensation cases to hearings. She also has high appellate remand rates at the Federal District Court of Idaho on Social Security appeals. Mrs. Mossman-Fletcher focuses her practice primarily on representing Social Security disability, workers' compensation, personal injury and medical malpractice claimants. She lives in Boise with her husband and three children.

    Raised in Southeastern Idaho on a farm, Ms. Harper has an appreciation for the values and life style of Idahoans. Ms. Harper spent 20 years as a nurse taking care of infants in the new born intensive care unit. In 2013, Ms. Harper entered law school to further help her community. While in law school, Ms. Harper joined Mossman Law Office as an intern assisting with social security disability claims. After law school, Ms. Harper joined Mossman Law Office as an attorney and continues to work primarily representing social security disability clients. Ms. Harper is able to utilize her medical background and continue with her passion of assisting those truly in need. Since starting with Mossman Law Office, Ms. Harper has successfully handled hundreds of Social Security Disability cases. She also has very high rates of success in Social Security appeals beyond the Administrative hearings in Federal Court. Ms. Harper is married, has two children and three dogs. Her interests are bee keeping, gardening, knitting, wood work and spending time with her family.
