Rick Polenske, CFP, CTFA, is a Principal and Managing Director at Robertson Stephens. Rick provides comprehensive wealth management solutions to clients including, but not limited to, retirement and cash flow planning, institutional quality investment and risk management implementation, tax and estate planning, and philanthropic strategies. Rick has over 30 years of experience helping individuals and families, charitable organizations, and institutional investors preserve and grow their wealth.

For the past twenty years, Rick has worked in various positions in the Private Bank at Wells Fargo. Most recently, Rick was a Wealth Advisor from 2018 – 2021 and a Senior Fiduciary Advisory Specialist from 2012 to 2018. From 2009 to 2012 Rick ran a personal practice as a Senior Financial Advisor with Wells Fargo Advisors, serving a diverse group of clients in the Boise area, and from 2001 to 2009 he served as Regional Sales Manager for Wells Fargo Investments.

Before Wells Fargo, Rick was Division Vice President of the Northwest Region for Ameriprise Financial Services from 1993 to 2001, specializing in Financial Planning and investments.
